Returns for Happy Clam & Smooth Operator online sale orders
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. While our products are tested for quality prior to shipping, please inspect your shipment upon arrival to ensure that it has not been damaged during shipping. Please submit all claims for damaged products within 48 hours to hey@itsquim.com.

Additionally, we offer a 14-day customer satisfaction guarantee on your initial purchase for any unopened product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hey@itsquim.com within the 14-day time period to obtain a return authorization. Once issued, you will be responsible for returning the unused product to us. Once the returned product is received, you will be refunded your purchase price (less shipping expenses) to your original form of payment.

Please note, return policy does not apply to THC products purchased through a licensed dispensary or delivery service.
